Motel 6-Williams, AZ - West - Grand Canyon

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Felicia and Carmela were beyond helpful and accommodating, easy to talk to, and paid special attention to the fact that we had cats and did not want the room to be disturbed. They also helped me change my reservation to add an additional night without any hassle so we didn't have to change rooms. I wish all Motel 6s were like this one. Since my stay here I have encountered 3 that were nowhere near as good/easy.

Most of my "Excellent" ratings must be considered from the perspective of the category of this facility, i.e., economy motel; e.g., was this comfortable compared to a Marriott? No, but it cost nowhere as much as a Marriott, but it was very comfortable for a budget motel. Note that I consider it very clean & the staff very friendly & helpful no matter what category of motel/hotel. If I return to Williams, I would stay here again.

A very decent, easy to access hotel with friendly front desk staff. Room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. We had a pleasant stay here with our kid. They also serve coffee at the morning. There are good restaurants and also dollar general next door.

Forgive me for forgetting his name. But the guy at the front desk wearing the duster and hat was awesome. I am usually handed a paper with things around the area. He did a wonderful job telling us about the food around, local attractions, and also where to get cheapest gas. Will definitely stay here again.
